Yamaha's official confirmation of the contract duration 2 Season Vinales

Mugello, MotoGP-M1 - Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. announced officially signing Maverick Vinales team Movistar MotoGP Yamaha for 2017 and 2018.

Vinales, which currently occupies the position of fifth in the standings while the MotoGP will partner with Valentino Rossi, whose first contract extension in March this year.

This means that line up for the Yamaha and Ducati are already complete, while Suzuki and Honda still unclear about one of each of their drivers. (DN/vK)
