Next year, Bradl Will Descend To Class Moto2

Augsburg, MotoGP, Moto2 News - Aprilia Racing will decide no later than the 15th of August over Austria GP who will be teammates Sam Lowes on his Aprilia.



Whether maintaining Alvaro Bautista or Stefan Bradl? Or even bring Aleix Espargaro.

"I prefer to keep both our current drivers, because they are fast, professional and motor we have so far developed enough,"said Director Aprilia Racing, Romano Albesiano.

But, Sam Lowes contracts already fix, this means staying left one seat vacant on the Aprilia factory team.

While there are three most powerful candidate to fill one vacant seat, they are Bradl, Bautista and Aleix.

Bradl itself clearly wants to survive and be a teammate Lowes, but Albesiano want to see the extent to which the performance of Bradl to August later, including Bautista.

"I never worry about my future in 2017, but this end I hardly sleep because it a thought about a contract," said Bradl when interviewed Speedweek.

"I have already opened discussions with several parties, including the team of Superbike, if not allowing anymore then I would move to the Superbike as an alternative, or perhaps I go down to the Moto2 class if there is a more attractive bid," he said.
